The suites
Temecula has two rooms, Room 1 and Room 2. Each is a full suite with an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, a shower and fresh towels. You choose the room when you pick your time.
A wood cabinet sauna with a glass door that glows red when it's on. Up to about 170°F, with space for three.
A glass-fronted tub, lit from inside, kept at 45 to 49°F. You can see the water before you step in.
A pink sign over the sauna reads "Always leave a space better than you found it." It's the house rule, for us and for you.

Free guest parking is right by the front entrance of the facility. From there it's a short walk inside.
Not really. Room 1 and Room 2 are both private suites with an infrared sauna, a cold plunge and a shower. Book whichever has the time you want.
Usually, yes. With two suites, Temecula tends to have open times later the same day. Check the booking board before you write today off.
Each suite takes you plus up to two guests ($20 for one, $30 for two). For a bigger group, book both rooms for the same time (two separate sessions), or call (858) 305-2226 and we'll help set it up.
Not at all. CBR is its own business; Self Made is just where our door is. Walk in, find our branded entrance, and you're set.
Yes. Single sessions, packs and memberships cost the same at both studios, and your credits work at either one.
