12 months from the day you buy. That's room to use a 10-pack even if you only come once a month.

Does one pack cover every session length?

No. Each pack is for one length: 25, 55 or 85 minutes. Pick the one you'll book most. Want a longer session one day? Ask us about upgrading.

Can I use my pack at both studios?

Yes. Book San Diego or Temecula with the same pack.

Can I share my pack with a friend?

A pack is in your name, but you can bring someone into your suite. Add a guest when you book: +$20 for one or +$30 for two.

How do I book with a pack?

Open the booking page, choose your studio and your pack's session length, then sign in. The session comes out of your pack at checkout.

What if I can't make my booking?

Move or cancel at least 2 hours ahead and the session stays in your pack. Inside 2 hours, or if you miss it, the session counts as used, unless you pay a $15 fee to keep it.

Are packs refundable?

No, packs are final sale. If travel or an emergency gets in the way, talk to us about extending your dates.

Do packs renew automatically?

No. A pack is a one-time purchase. When you're down to your last session, you decide what comes next.

Should I buy a pack or a membership?

Count your visits. At 3 or 4 visits a month, a Once A Week membership (from $50 a month) is the best value. Below that, a pack costs less per visit than paying as you go. From about 9 or 10 visits a month, Unlimited wins.
