Is the sauna big enough for two?

Yes. The infrared sauna fits up to three, and the suite has room to move between the heat, the plunge and the shower.

Does my guest need their own booking?

No. They come in on your booking as an add-on. They do need to sign the liability waiver before you start.

Can we use the first-visit discount?

If you're new, your session is 50% off and the guest add-on stays +$20. So 55 minutes for two comes to $64.50.

Which length is best for two?

55 minutes gives you both two or three rounds without rushing. 85 minutes is the date-night pick. 25 minutes works, but it's tight for two people sharing one plunge and one shower.

Can members and pack holders bring a guest?

Yes. Gold members bring one guest to every session at no extra cost, and Diamond members up to two. Silver members, pack holders and Once A Week members add a guest when they book.

Can we come as a bigger group?

Each suite fits you plus up to two guests. Temecula has 2 suites side by side, so a group of up to six can book both rooms for the same time, as two separate sessions.

Can I give a session for two as a gift?

Yes. A gift card works for any session, and they can add a guest when they book. Just make sure you're the guest.

What to expect

Heat, side by side
The infrared sauna has room for three. Talk the whole time, or enjoy the quiet.
Cold, one at a time
Take turns in the plunge and count each other down. Out loud helps.
Pick the light
Set the sauna glow with the remote: red, green, purple. Agree on one, or take turns.
One shower, two towels
Rinse off in turn while the other one cools down. Towels are stacked for both of you.
