Under 3 visits a month, a session pack costs least per visit. At 3 or 4 visits, about once a week, Once A Week is the best value. Above that, a 20-session pack usually wins until about 9 or 10 visits a month, when Unlimited takes over. The calculator above does the math for your exact pace.
Our lower-priced membership: four private sessions a month at the length you choose, for a flat $50, $75 or $99 a month. It renews monthly, has a two-month minimum, and needs 30 days' written notice to cancel.
