What's the catch?
No catch, just the fine print, and it's short. After your $1 month, Silver renews at $199 a month on your renewal date. There's a two months minimum ($1 + $199). After that, cancel with 30 days' written notice by text or email. That's all of it, and the full terms are just below.
Can I really come every day?
Yes. One private 25-minute session a day, in San Diego or Temecula.
How do I book once I've joined?
In the CBR app or on our website. The first time, reset your password to sign in. Then pick a day and time, and choose your membership as the payment at checkout.
I've never done a cold plunge. Is this for me?
Yes. Ten seconds counts, and so does skipping it. It's your room, so nobody sees you flinch.
Can I bring a friend?
Silver doesn't include free guests. Add one for +$20 when you book and they share your suite.
What if life gets busy?
Pause for 2 to 12 weeks. Text or email us before your next billing date.
Who can join for $1?
New members: anyone without an active CBR membership. One $1 first month per person.
