How much is a single session at Conscious Body Recovery?
Our single-session pricing starts at $45 depending on the session length. New clients get 50% off their first session. Choose from 25, 55, or 85-minute private recovery sessions that include infrared sauna, cold plunge, and a full private suite.
Do you offer memberships or packages?
Yes—we offer both!

Can I share a package or membership with a friend or family member?
Packages are non-transferable and intended for individual use. However, we offer guest passes for both packages and memberships so you can bring someone with you into your private suite. Some membership tiers include free guest passes every month.
Do you offer first-time visitor discounts or trials?
Yes! Your first session is 50% off—no promo code needed. This discount applies to all first-time bookings, whether you choose a 25-, 55-, or 85-minute session.
How long are sessions and can I choose different durations?
Yes—you can choose between:

Session duration is selected at booking and included in your membership or package.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking online?
Absolutely. You can manage your bookings directly through our website or the Mindbody App. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late fee or session deduction.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
All sales are final. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, but we’re happy to work with you on extensions in the case of emergencies or travel.
Do you offer gift cards or corporate wellness packages?
Yes—we offer digital and physical gift cards in custom amounts. These are great for birthdays, holidays, and client appreciation gifts. We also offer corporate wellness partnerships for fitness professionals, office teams, and local businesses.
